You may use Salp Connect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, this policy, and the rules of any connected social network or third-party service.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded files, generated media, posts, campaigns, recipients, and all activity performed through your account.

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative content.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content that endangers minors.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, scams, impersonation, or attempts to deceive users about identity or origin.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, or other third-party rights.

Do not use our AI tools to create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate a person without authorization, fabricate evidence, mislead voters, evade platform disclosure rules, or falsely present generated content as verified fact.

You must review generated output before publishing it and provide disclosures where required by law or the destination platform.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or credit controls, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use bots, scraping, bulk account creation, or automated requests in a way that exceeds documented limits or harms availability.
• Do not resell, transfer, or share accounts or credentials without authorization.
• Do not abuse trials, promotions, credits, refunds, payment systems, or connected social accounts.
• Do not upload malicious files or use Salp Connect to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.

When you connect a social account, you must follow that platform's terms, API rules, content policies, rate limits, and disclosure requirements. Salp Connect does not authorize activity that the destination platform prohibits.

We may block a request, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms, or applicable law has been violated.

To report misuse, email sales@salpconnect.com with relevant account, content, URL, and supporting details. We may update this policy as services and risks evolve.
